Kelley Armstrong just announced on her twitter that her publisher (Harper Teen) decided to keep The Gathering for YA4.
YA4 is a new trilogy, new characters, new Edison Group experiment, same Darkest Powers supernatural world.
Kelley Armstrong said: “Supernatural types in The Gathering? Hmm. Experiment = Project Phoenix = the past arises from the ashes. Which is all I can say

Now she’s looking for a new trilogy title instead of Darkest Powers. She’s taking suggestions on her twitter account – @KelleyArmstrong. She says the chosen one could win fame and fortune or a shout-out in her acknowledgments and a signed copy.
